Stowmarket Town Council invites expressions of interest to lease our unique facility which utilises two 40ft shipping containers to form a centre for the community in the heart of Stowmarket’s Recreational Ground.
The shipping container project previously won the regeneration prize in the prestigious RICS East of England Awards, and since June 2014 has been run as a café and meeting/training space, together with toilet facilities.
Organisations wishing to express an interest should contact our Communities and Partnerships Manager, Karl Daniels, no later than midday Friday 21st August 2020 with a brief plan outlining how they would use the building.
