On Wednesday 24th June we will be saying goodbye to Heather Tooke, our Community Centre Manager, who will be leaving after an incredible 18 years of service as she begins her semi-retirement.
During her time with the Town Council, Heather has been a familiar and friendly face to countless community centre users, community groups and colleagues, helping ensure the Community Centre has remained a welcoming and well-loved space at the heart of the town. Her commitment, experience and support over the years have made a real difference, and she will be greatly missed by both staff and the wider community.
We would like to thank Heather for her dedication over the last 18 years and for her contribution to the Community Centre. We wish her all the best for a happy and well-deserved semi-retirement!
