Stowie is encouraging you to stay safe, shop Stowmarket and support our local businesses this Christmas.
Stowmarket enjoys a high street full of independent businesses and a twice weekly market. Now, more than ever, it’s important to shop local and support our high street retailers as well as those independent businesses operating out of many Stowmarket homes – they’re relying on us to keep them trading.
Faced with closures throughout the year, this is the most important December ever for businesses. If there’s a local retailer that you’d like to see continue trading, why not buy your Christmas gifts from them this year – either in store or online? You could be making a big difference.
If you’re a retailer in Stowmarket please download this poster to stick up in your shop window. You can also email Annie (annieh@stowmarket.org), our Communities Engagement Coordinator, for a copy of the logo for your website or social media.
For more information on being in tier two please see the Government website.
