Stowmarket Town Council is inviting families to enjoy a fun-filled day this October half term as Go Green Go Wild returns to the town. The popular free community event will take place on Wednesday 29th October, from 10.30am to 2.30pm, at Milton House grounds and the Stowmarket Scout Centre.
The event has quickly become a favourite with local families, offering the perfect mix of entertainment and education. Children will be able to immerse themselves in outdoor adventures, from bug hunts and forest school activities to creating wildlife habitats and eco-inspired crafts. Families can also explore sustainable living ideas, connect with local community groups, and discover new ways to protect the environment.
No family day out would be complete without fun and refreshments. Visitors can look forward to the lively atmosphere of the grounds, with the helter skelter, trampolines, and games providing plenty of excitement for children, while parents take time out with a coffee and a snack.
