We look forward to seeing everyone as we come together to remember and honour all those who have served.
Please note that there have been some exceptional challenges in organising this year’s event.
The US government has cancelled US personnel’s support to local civic engagement events from all the US Visiting Forces (USVF) within the UK. Wattisham are also unable to attend due to
operational duties and so we will be without our usual military presence at the event, this is beyond our control.
We fully recognise their priorities on the day and the Town Mayor, Town Council, Royal British Legion, and Parish Church will uphold the proud traditions of Remembrance in Stowmarket.
