Join us for a fun fill festive day, packed with free entrainment, shopping, food and family friendly activities.
This years Christmas Fayre will be on Sunday 30th November from 10 am – 4pm across multiple venues in the Town.
Here is a taste of the festive fun on offer at this years Christmas Fayre
Town Centre – Christmas starts here – with over 80 stalls, hot food and drink vendors, live music, free fairground rides and a free children’s Christmas Trail. Download the children’s Christmas Trail here or collect a map from the Event Control Tent in the town centre (by Peacocks) on the day.
Food Museum – From ice rink to teacups to marshmallow toasting and Story Tellers, the Food Museum is the perfect place to kick start the festive spirit. Plus you’ll find plenty of festive and tasty food and drink of offer too. Find out everything that’s going on at the Food Museum here
John Peel Centre and Library – Get nostalgic by visiting the model railway in the John Peel Centre and enjoy a festive drink or something to eat. Take part in free crafts at both locations or seek out a little calm in the library.
St Peter & St Mary’s Church – Visit the ever popular Christmas Tree Festival, packed with trees decorated by the local community. Please note open 11:30 – 3pm.
Red Gables – Support local charities, organisations and community groups whilst escaping the hustle and bustle of the Town. Red Gables is sure to bring affordable family fun.
The Mix – From jewellery, to candles and hand crafted creations, you’re sure to find the perfect gift at The Mixmas Christmas Market.
The Regal – Fun for all the family with this years Christmas Show – Santa’s Christmas Party. Book your tickets before they sell out.
